Chocolate Chip Cookies

Why don't people get it??? When making the deliciousness that is cookies, use SEMI-sweet chips. Milk Chocolate is toooo sweet and makes the eater almost unable to finish ONE, let alone five. Semi-sweet off sets that and is a perfect contrast to the pound of sugar that goes into them.

If you want to be even more contrasty, use special dark chocolate. It's even better for you.

I agree, but I do think that its better to use brown sugar instead of the cane sugar, too.

I just replace the cane sugar and switch it to add more brown sugar. But I do love brown sugar!

What I don't understand is why people bake cookies at all. The dough is much more tasty!

See, my biggest reason is that I love to eat the cookie dough before I add in the flour. I know its awful but I'm normally a really healthy person but wow, I love all that sugar with butter. So good!

before you put the flour in? Really?? Never tried that, I eat the dough too but only after its all done. I might have to try this... Twisted Evil
