Town Rights

Welcome to Rown Oquirrhs. Now that you are here you will be obliged to follow town law. The law of Common Sense applies heavily in our fair city, with temporary to permanet exile if disobeyed. Though we are not without mercy, if you wish, we can set a trial for any misdemeanors done. Shall we begin?

1. Profanity is permitted if done tastefully! If you don't know what tastefully means, or are in doubt, look it up. Exceptions can be made for words used humorously.

2. Respect neighbors privacy. If they don't want to give you a key to their house, don't make them! This means in private messages as well. We won't, but we can monitor them. So use the toy as it's meant or it will be taken away.

3. Debating is highly encouraged, while fighting is not. There is a big difference, and you'll know when you cross the line. It's hard to ignore 250lbs of ex-football captain Police Chief on your back. The only exception is in the Writers Ring, and you better still be on your best butt-kicking behavior.

4. No Real World illegal activity. Seriously people, NO!

5. No Porn or anything similar. This means links, uploads, downloads, whatever! This will result in immediate extermination of your account. Read that? You don't even get a court date, this is your one and only warning.

6. Patience. It isn’t exactly a law, more like a virtue and a rather useful one at that. If you’ve posted something and want critique ask once, and ask nicely. We will try to get to it, but things happen and the Real World will (should) always take precedence to the WWW. Sorry, those be the breaks.

7. Unlike most forums, we will allow advertising (this is a town after all) But, and here's that word again, do it tastefully. If you get a little over zealous we will let you know. If you don't tone it down after that, we will remove them. I wish I didn't have to say this but, absolutely NO spamming!! Seriously, when is spam ever good?

Rown Oquirrhs reserves the right to edit or remove anything posted on this forum for any reason, or for no reason, without any notice. Also please remember, valued citizens, that this is the Internet. This is also not the most secure forum out there, if you post anything it could be viewed by any number of people, good and bad. So use that common sense I know you've got and don't write love letters to your girlfriend's mom, or post politically sensitive stuff.
